Our nominated campaign with kate & tom’s – a curated collection of luxury holiday properties across the UK – is a prime example. Together, we turned TikTok into a powerful tool for visibility, growth and genuine connection.

The Challenge: Growth with Purpose

kate & tom’s came to us with a clear goal: to grow their TikTok following and drive deeper engagement with UK-based travel audiences. One key milestone was unlocking TikTok’s Playlists feature, accessible at 10,000 followers, which would help them organise their property content more effectively and improve discoverability.

But beyond the numbers, they wanted to create a channel that truly reflected their brand; inspiring, warm and community-led.

Our Approach: Real Stories Over Sales Pitches

We focused on TikTok-first content that felt native, not forced. Here’s how:

  • Content that connects: We produced visually rich videos including aerial drone shots of properties like The Water Shed, paired with engaging on-screen prompts such as “Countryside getaway together?” to encourage shares and saves.
  • Consistency is key: Posting three times per week allowed us to ride the momentum of trending audio while staying consistently top of mind.
  • Trend-led, brand-aligned: While we engaged with popular TikTok trends, we always tailored them to suit the brand’s tone and offerings.
  • Full community management: Our team responded to every comment, question and emoji, seven days a week, nurturing conversations and building trust.
  • Smart paid strategy: We backed our best-performing posts with a targeted ad strategy. Video View campaigns built brand awareness, while Carousel Traffic Ads pushed property bookings and profile clicks.

Results that Speak Volumes

In just 12 months, the campaign delivered powerful results:

  • TikTok followers increased by 160%, reaching 10.3K and unlocking the Playlists feature.
  • Engagements rose by 266%, hitting over 27,000.
  • Total video views surpassed 2 million, combining organic reach with strategic paid support.

The result was a thriving TikTok community and a standout digital presence that mirrored the high-touch guest experience kate & tom’s are known for.
