Swwim is a dynamic social media agency, we are known for our energy, creativity and exceptional customer service. With a dedicated team of nine, we excel in Content Strategy & Creation, Community Management, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Social. Over the past year, we have experienced remarkable growth, transforming challenges into opportunities and achieving significant milestones. This past year has marked a turning point for us. After two stagnant years, we’ve driven the business into substantial growth, with annual revenue more than doubling from £179K to £435K. Our team has expanded from 5 to 9 members. Surpassing our £400K sales target in a challenging climate highlights our strategic vision and relentless efforts.

We distinguish ourselves by embracing the ever-evolving nature of social media. Unlike agencies offering rigid, pre-packaged strategies, we thrive on innovation and adaptability. Our approach is cyclical: Discovery, Strategy, Experimentation, Analysis, Refinement. This method involves continuous testing and learning, fostering strong client relationships through trust and transparency. Our commitment to experimentation and bespoke strategies sets us apart. For example, our work with Event Cycle focused on authentic storytelling rather than following trends. This demonstrates our understanding of effective brand messaging on social media. Our experimental campaigns consistently surpass industry benchmarks, driving higher engagement and conversions for diverse clients.

Our success is deeply rooted in our exceptional culture. We prioritise staff wellbeing, creating a supportive and collaborative environment that enhances creativity. Since our first hire in 2020, we’ve maintained a 0% staff turnover rate, reflecting our positive work environment. We offer comprehensive staff benefits, including unlimited holiday, private healthcare, a £1,200 personal training budget, and flexible working conditions. Our team is passionate about our agency, regularly creating videos showcasing their enthusiasm for the business. This has led to frequent job applications from prospective employees.

Our team’s feedback highlights our positive culture. “Swwim has a truly positive working culture with plenty of support to help us thrive and be our happiest selves at work,” says Sophie Doust, Senior Paid Media Executive. Helena Lester-Card, Social Media Manager, adds, “The positive energy from a healthy work-life balance and caring environment is palpable.” Our people-first approach is central to our success, fostering a unique culture and driving creativity. Our team’s deep care for their work results in exceptional client service and results. Employee involvement in decision-making, including benefits like healthcare, reflects our commitment to a supportive work environment.

“Our nomination for The Social Media Awards is a testament to our team’s hard work and creativity. It’s fantastic to see our efforts recognised!” says Amber Jefferson, Content & Pod Manager.
